Always Be Prepared

for emergency youth ministry needs. As youth leaders we often laugh at the things that end up in our cars. There are definitely ketchup stains on our back seat from the numerous fast food runs before a youth events, missing carpet squares for the floor, scary mystery scents, and an enormous Sam's Club sized Altoids tin in the glove compartment! We opened up our trunk recently and this is what we found.

And the journey begins...

1. Air-ZOOKA (capable of rocketing powerful bullets of air over 150 ft.)

2. One full grown man-sized Eeyore suit.

3. One carbon copy of yourself in puppet form.

4. One multi-purpose ground cover/butt insulator (blanket).

5. Tools for instant competition!

6. Deadly Weaponry, in this case a Blowdart Gun.

7. Raphael (Raph), for whom the famous painter was named,
and his arch nemesis, the Rubber Chicken.

It's amazing what can accumulate in those dark spaces of your car when left unattended! I must admit though, as we sorted through all this stuff I was rather proud of each item we unearthed. So what is the most exciting thing you've found in your trunk?
